This is "blue silice vein" - or "lower split" Most shale in upper 4' [Sample I] below this it is argill siltstn. 3.5 Ledge of hard massive to even bedded, siltstone & very fine SS loczl argill zones & minor argill silty clsty. 1.7 Silty bl. clsty & argill. siltstn 0.7 Dense somewhat argill. gray siltstn. 3.0 Bl. silty clsty in lower 115 upper part shaly siltstn with interbedded silty sh. 2.3 Sandstone, massive usual fine gr. rip marked upper surface Mzta clay with bentonite at base = 18-22 feet. Note on first Glen SS - Remains distinct most of way up ridge N to (15) where it is about 15' thick. Top 2nd also a ledge. 3rd ss is double ledge in question over betw (19) and (15) upper bench about 10+ 7' soft stuff then 25'+ lower ledges Discont betw (19)+(15) - under massive ledge 3 to 4' thick of basal SS, 4th sh on- on top of it at reservoir 38
