(13) The ledge separating the main clay bed from the clay I called "Dakota" in 12 thin's south to here where it is little more than. 1' thick. - Suspect clays called Dahota are the (11) (12) (13) 14" "little 3" zone. main bed (14) Just in about 5' distance s of here ss ledge 4'+ comes in (shows on photo) It comes in in middle clay series just below Dak. see diagram above. Main bed 10 to 13 ft with basal beatonite on ripple marked surface. (15) Beds are pooling of down dipslope. Main bed and split both go over just to S. and 1st Glen takes over. Dak main bed beatonite here split = contours good clay here 1st Glen. 61.
