19.0 Black shale, becoming duller lower 4" a few brown weathering grains of salt about 1" thick scattered throughout. 6.6 arkosic sand, underbedded with dark shaly shale. 4.0 dark gray to black shale with few grains of argillaceous siltstone. 1.6 underbedded platy calcite, argill aceous & thin beds fine oo 4.0 fine grained x-lam & in beds up to 1.6" thick. some wavy partings. 5.7 underbedded fine lamid. oo. argilices and dark gray shale. 4.2 oo, fine gr. lamid & x-lam in beds up to 1.0" thick with partings & thin interbeds of whitstone & sandy shale. 4.3 underbedded fine gr. x-lam & oo shaly gray silt to sandy shale 4.7 oo, fine gr. x-lam in beds up to 2" thick, with interbeds of shale & siltstone. 42
