Shale - stly siltstone chiefly as partings but some ½ to 2" beds and one 6" bed) SS beds commonly show accords/ structure, worm tubes? + irreg surfaces Some cross bedding in this unit + most ss beds finely X lam. local discont. 3.4 Argilloceous siltstone + fine ss, irreg bedded) with interbeds of study shale about 6" silty sh with silt laminze at base. Weatheres orange brown to gray with orange br. streaks 4.8 Dk gray silty claystone + argill siltstone uniform, couch fresh on fresh upper 2.2 = Sample 1, lower 2.6 = Sample 2
