Lee's correlations Obvious that - 1. Lee did not find his lower shale and lower & middle ss easy to pick out in Denver basin area. 2. At Turkey Creek he put upper sandy part Morrison as his lower & middle ss of Dakota. At type Morrison he was confused and had to misinterpret Eldridge to make his idea of section fit that of Eldridge. Actually, his lower ss, lower sh, & middleless correlate with the upper sandy part of the type Morrison. Assuming his other correlations correct then - Type M. Eldridge Dakota { Dakota | Dakota Glencan equival | Glencan Upper sandy pt} Morrison | Little Ralston Also - the sandy upper part type Morrison = Cloverly and Lakota - Fuson. Fall River is prob ss that is only 10' ± of type Morrison area + sits on sh. overlying basal Det cal. This ss thickens to north + is t 60 at Eldorado Spgs. 64
