(16 May) everyone. RL = T13 (heart + liver), RW = T14. I feed
survivors - bag the wts. Egg to incubator.
17 May 0530 Egg pipping. So much for my plans to band Piye
this am. Now it's off to ABSU, no maybe Gazo.
0700 At Gazo I helped it out of the egg or put
it in. The smaller big CUL kid was dead - I
removed it + took tissue (T15).
28 May Patti reports bird in hole
30 May 1820 Bird in hole!
31 May 1000 6 eggs and lots of ants. Didn't open
5 June 1600 Still not hatched (didn't peep).
7 June 1730 RW = 4.6, LW = 5.6, RL = 5.9 + 2 eggs.
(9 June 0730 Christ Philip, which one was which? Is it -1?
R = RW? = 9 / B = LW? = 9.5 / Y = RL = 10 )
12 June 0700 R = 19.4 / Y = 24.5 (10) / = 20.8 (10.3)
R: Split = RW / Y = LW? / P: Y = RL
One of the other eggs hatched (the remaining one "inf")
Anyway, the chick weighed 3.4 and was horribly
emaciated. I removed to lab to try to save it.
1330 Put chick into bluebird nest 306. We'll see.
13 June 0800 Very dead in bb box - threw it away.
17 June 0845 by 47.8 (15.65) / P: 57 (14.8) - (3.5) / Y = 48.5 (15.6)
