14 Apr 0615-0630 Arrived in heavy Fog, sat under tree at Far Kuel. Heard birds in near trees. 0630 saw bird into hide in nearest tree. So that's why Lynn hadn't gotten anything - they could see she was close to the nest.
1650 Its a new hole (nice + low + limb access - 6 normal eggs + 1 runt egg), removed runt. I numbered them 1-6, but laying order is 6,4/ 5,3/1,2. (1+2 are Freshest, I think today)
I tanglefooted the tree. Has bb box 72.
16 Apr 1715 Set snake net. Bird in hole on arrival.
24 Apr 0830 Dead gopher snake in snake net on arrival. He had not headed the tanglefoot and was all sticky. I cut off his untangled portion (3/3). He's big... ACU's. 2 kids have hatched (today), marked RL + LL.
1815 Still just 2 kids (from eggs 4-6). #3 pipping.
