Maclonge County. Mr. Ormer Ransom, who was much agitated and soon told me that Emma Hunt is expected to fire President Marvin; pretty all in the faculty standing by Marvin and dare to leave. The situation is very bad. In the evening called on Mr. and Mrs. Ransom. Heard none of the University affair. Write Berkey a letter saying that Ransom may soon tent up place.
