quarry in the Bralsingham forlary 70 feet above sea. It is clear dunned, and on this town a oiled and one sol- utum hole goes down about 12 feet. On this red oil saw my shells. The Brolsingham here has casts of large shells and the older gives the appearance of being marine limestone instead of dune deposit. Have two reel samples. Then to Strkes Point, where the Bralsingham has into a thin red oiled, then about 8 feet like the Devon- shire formation as a rule 1 to 2 feet thick but in place full roll on down to 6 feet. Over the Devonshire line another oil and in place the two oils come to - gather. Lost our sample here. Left hotel to the hotel at 9 P.M. Friday, March 15-1929. Took the Bus to Brondland Cave and then walked 3/4 mile to Papertus Quarry seen yesterday. Saw many more shells out of the young joint, and finally got about one dozen from specimens of the my large Melonios. This quarry is full of small caves, but most of them have no onais, but much stalactite and stalagmites. All of the other caves (3) are in this same area and all are in the Bralsingham.
