July 30 continued. Then fell on a huge calcareous shale with crabs and fragments collected some prod cup crabs some years ago. Then begin the first and weathering shales of the season, they go to Ferricco creek. For see see my paper of 1946. Between the two nodular zones of Bouleaux there is much of semi-cracking. Corpen took a photo of it. There are several groves of it. The prisms break out to a foot in depth. About 1/3 of the distance between the two nodular zones is semi-cracked. Stopping at Bag View Inn, near to Mr. Cyr, at New Richmond. The old Robinson Hotel turned down at my 5 years ago.
