"[illegible] with one Streptelasma and a little of Crinoidal matter. Over the Devonian comes in a thick series of Mississippian, but the contact areas are made out in our quick reconnais- sance. Agiarnovna and Cut Andes are common (a Berth Myllem 7 or 8 inches long was seen), and large Spirifers like D. Plenus are not rare. Also small Spir- ifers like D. Kerkut rather than D. , The whole fauna suggests Burlington-Kerkut, but may seem to be area of faunally made out. Towards the the later part Phyllorella dutin or that now appear here to go up as far as the barrier, but I am nothing supporting Oranacee or Chesterian. The Mississippian [illegible] limestone of far thick. Through the tip and their occurs. The same kind of limestone made by the Pennsylvanian. The first guide fossil
