Toridus. This fauna appears to be about 100-150 feet above the Mininiffian base at least 175 feet thin. How much thicker is not known. The fact that I got it Spirifaina spinsa leads me to think that the Monas fauna is here and especially below the strata collected in. From just over 700 feet higher we got small specimens of Fusulinia that may be F. lecalica, large Spirula coneratus (common), Springforna (C.), and Compsita suffulta. Here the list are considerably short. Probably 100 feet higher Morganas got me M. coneratus, Dalgeriana, and Steptaphendus Lillianus. Our no Orthotichia morganiana. Base was still more Penn. to the N. E. There may be 2-300 feet of Toronado here, which includes Chin.-Penn. There appears to be no Permian here. To the N.W. of Brimkelman maybe seen the lower beds, and if one gets the Devonian is due. This in the Martin list of Ravome (Ray Folio) that he says is 325' thick. East of the Toronado line, all in lava to the Drifting Spring part of which we near to the W. side To the E. of the track are the Mercal Mat dipping.
