Saw no birds visit. 11 Jun 1530-1620 Watched for nestiness from abd burn - nothing. Then walked around hollowing - nothing. Few birds even seen. 23 Jun 1645-1800 Watched from blind on uphill side. Got a few hints (I thought), but when I checked em at 1800 there was nothing. I'm getting disgusted. (Fucking lazy) 4 July 1415 I hell'd everything up here - nada (pen) 9 Jly 0815-1015 Spied - nothing. Saw birds flycatching but they didn't go anywhere with the food. 13 Jly 0645-0830 Watched (from top of hill in blind). There were birds, but no pattern to their movement. 19 July Well, it finally happened - Jane found juvs flying around. 16 Oct Ambush in webbing hole - caught 2 NOBA juvs. 1673 + 1674. Blood + plasma taken (@ 8 tubes) each bird. Pulled string at 0515, bled 73 0630, 74 at 0640. 12 Dec Acorn Count: stump 300, uphill tree 100, suspectree 300 main grain (1 way 2000) (2nd way 1700) saw 941, 1085, chasing ARBN , 9 MLB KY/K 5000
