cut open a hole on the lane that had a bird in it - no
eggs - very rotten - I broke the limb that same day - cops.
18 Apr 1720 5 Freshie eggs (not super fresh, and slightly warm)

25 Apr am - still not hatched
27 Apr 1345 - still not hatched damnit.

1 May 1400 Arriving to Find a low level power struggle - & must've
kicked off. Babies ice cold (dead) and have Fly eggs all on
them. The mustive did last night and didn't sleep w the
kids. I brought the kids back to the lab for pickling
and while I washed the Fly eggs off, they moved! Alive,
but not for long - they both died later today
