1988 M. Stanback 4 M. Formicivorus Murf HNHR 27 Jun 1000 Watched 88 b hole/tree For 20 min, then 88a hole/tree 20 min, then 87 Cyrdy hole 15 min - no interest anywhere. I then helled + I think a bird Flushed From the 88 a hole (but of course, it could've been a juv. 29 Jun 0935-0950 Watched 88a hole r environs - nothing. 3 Jly 0840-0920 Watched From pond. A bird Flaw to a hole in the lone 85 tree, but Flew away w/o going in. No other real hints. Afterwards I helled holes-nada 1000 checked snaggy tree high up on the knoll summit. Climbed and hand covered the one hole up here (no kids) but didn't have peeper. Saw PID (+1D) 967, 1486. 8 Jly 1845~1920 Helled holes, then spied From distance-nada. 9 Aug 1015-1045 Sat under tree + census: 967, 1486. 1486 may be a ♀ (check cap record to see if this was the baby w ♀ plumage). I saw a bird with ♀-ish plumage that had a messy Forehead etc, but I didn't see its legs. So its either a nest missed, or just a messy juv (which these were) 15 Dec Acorn Count: 88a nest tree: 5'400 [6400] (saw 967 and a) 88k "" 1000 (bird (?♀?) w) Saw everyone! 966, 967, 1144, 1338, 1485, 1486 KWWN M
