July 22, 1985 Unable to move once again because of fog for most of day. lifted again around 4 o'clock Read & chatted in tent all day w/ a ramble after dinner at 8:30 to 10:00 pm walked n. up valley of Hanguit River over 4 distinct terrace levels with modified beach ridges clearly evident on the lowest 3 of them. Observed type section of the Kangvit fm which is rusty black weathering shale w/ no sign of the white ss lenses seen in its upper part on Fushelm Peninsula.
