Dec 27 - 1931 Slept cold most of the nights and finally in the morning in outside Virginia frige and got up to keep warm. Ice or water as far south as Florence part of S. Caroli na. Night coming deep. Train on time. Set to Saint Augustine on time at 10.30 P.M. Sunday evening w a fine warm even- ing but some showers. Remained in St. Augusntie un- til March 16-1932. Lefr at 5.15 P.M. to go to Richmond Va. Will anive to momns morning at 8.15 March 17th.
