Octm 29 - Thursday Left to Johnshwts and Centn at 10 A.M. and Cleveland for Buffalo at 12.45 P.M. The days is again fine ad warm, Traveling cost amt $8-00- S 1 1/2 hr Buffalo at 5.10 and at 5.20 over off for Lreelfort, now I arrived at 6.35 P. M. Stopping at the Paul Hotel. After supper called on Mrs Spalding Evans, 158 High st but as she did not know of the Cransh family I walked the High st for a time and then found a man with his wife standing on the porch talking some first ain. I told him what I wanted and after telephone told me to come in the Corporation Counsel Rege Curtis Lewis at his office and give him fitting directions how to get what is locally known the Cransh Family.
