Reading Julian Huxley's Essays in Popular Science (Knopf, 1927). The short chapter "Evolution and Purpose" he said I ought to have in my text - but not on the plan of Evolution.
In my chapter on Man I might have a paragraph or two, or it could be tied around Huxley's Dominant Sex. "The Control of heredity G- cle" has one that deals with natural selection forms.
See Feb. 23, 1928 and Simpson article on Chromosomes. Paternal chromosomes as refills.
Send a draft to Herman Wentker. Send 3 copies Feb 23.
