This skeleton like so many others is from a bed but a few feet below the echinoderm bed. The echino- derms are here however not so an- num as near Creva. Send a letter of thanks to Mr. John Williamson, Fair Ala., for allowing the U.S.G.M. to dry up the juglodon skeletons. Aug 14-96 Saturday. Looked at several shell localities over the Claiborne horizon but is not equal to those at Claiborne. Put the finishing touches on the box and pack a small one with shells. Then did the final crime to be taken to the railroad in Brandon.
