St. Stephens to Bladen Springs. Nov. 3 - 1896 Tuesday. Left St. Stephens at 8 A.M. and drove to Brenton arriving thus at 12, saw no prairie land. Then took the Bladen road but first strolled and examined some of the old German planta- tion land. Saw a few pieces of bone but nothing of any value. Arrived at Bladen Springs at 5.15 P.M. Bladen Springs - Mrs Loeks. Nov. 4 - 1896 Wednesday Left Bladen Springs at 8 and arrived at Mrs Loek's house near noon. Had her own lady to take me over the prairies. Saw remains of several Sculptrons but nothing of value. Mrs Loeks - to Mrs Williamson
