12 April 1000 Hole empty, but looks active. It is however
a bit damp inside. A bird came & scolded me
while I was in the tree. It was noisy here
when I was at 1800 a little earlier.
17 April 1015 Hole empty & decidedly damp inside. Unfortunately,
the muck is inches deep, so I just left it.
23 April am. Cyndy reports bird at hole
1030 Climb, empty, not as damp.

actually in nice shape (chips - but how fresh?) There
were 3 birds in the snaggy spindly tree on the STILL
side of the lane. What's up?
14 May Spent an hour here - nothing
