HWHR
9 May Egg #1 laid
10 May Egg #2 laid
11 May Egg #3 laid
20 May Put crickets into the aviary. Checked eggs: 2 of the 3 are infertile. I need babies.
1915 Cricket feeder is empty
21 May 1200 crickets gone, put in new ones. Egg not hatched
22 May am Terry started brooding w/in 30 sec. But no feedings.
1715 RL = 31 RW = 31.4 Too low. Fed too many crickets.
23 May 0600-0630 Watch. 6 Feedings. 5 by Terry. 4 of the Feedings went to a particular baby. Only one baby is Fed per visit. The babies are hungry and Fighting. (I've been Feeding every night)
24 May 1400 Added FRSR baby = G = + = 46.2
(Fed em this am) P = 1 = 49.2 + died
- = = 44.5 + died
I was storing crickets in a log
25 May Rain. Inside of box was wet. Feed by hand
26 May More rain. Babies damp. Hand Fed. However, when I put crickets in the bowl, Terry took one to the kids immediately!
27 May 0615 Found P baby dead in middle of box. The other 2 were Fine at the back of the box. It seems they are only willing to brood there (or maybe it's a majority thing). See if brood reduction is more prevalent in horizontal holes (eg LAZ 85)
