13 May 1020-1050 I spy looking for a nest. The birds
are hanging out very close to BKOK (even near
BKOK's new hole. The hold(s) in the 85 tree
are being inspected by bluebirds. The 86 hole has
starlings.
29 May 0945-1030 Looked for nest, no luck. They are hanging
out down in the far end of the field. Flycats
into one of [illegible] the 85 area holes.
3 June 1000 BYN/LB (?) Whoops, I think
this is 1234 From LAZ.
25 Aug 1130-1200 Saw NOBA & & LBLY = , 9 LB/W = 1230??
and 4 WLR = 1060 (?) Birds visited the bee
tree nest hole twice! A nest??
11 Sept 0945-1045 Yes, there's a nest in the bee tree hole.
They're incubating. There's at least 2 NOBA 99 and
I saw only 1232 in the & category (he incubated
3 times in this hour.
13 Sept dawn - came to kill bees. Entrance too big to block.
16 Sept 0530 Covered bee nest entrance w dirt, then inserted
Flea Fogger. Climbed the ACW nest to find, after all that
work, 2 dead babies. Stupid rapidigraph. Babies had
coffeeberry seeds stuck to them. Babies looked as if
deal 1-2 days. You wouldn't think they would abandon
just because I stood under the nest for a bit on 13 Sept.
One baby weighed 28.3 g, the other 24.9. They looked
in good shape, though I didn't notice boluses and the
birds stayed in the hole for @ 10min each bout.
