9 Sept 0935 Saw NOBA ♀, confirming that ♀ 988 is the
Finch breeder. Also saw ♂ 1073 (0/13.w)
1100-1150 Watched ♀ saw NOBA ♀ and ♂ 1073
repeatedly. Both birds visited the new yellow string
hole (♂ once, ♀ twice) ♂ spent 5 minutes poking
at the corpse of a dead ACW in the hole.
(1/11 wager its ♂ 1082). Climbed it: dead ACW, no ID.

22 Sept 1100 Hellood holes - nothing
1630 A slight border dispute tween MacF + R3
1700 Cruising by I check VAOK holes - nothing. On
my way to the liveoak hole a bird flushes from
it. It ducked away quick, but I think it was ACW.
23 Sept 1430 Climbed. Empty but Fresh chips.
1550 As I was watching R3 I noticed MacF birds
going to a low hole in that small sycamore that's
just off the road on the PO hill side sorta
where the road curves. You know. Anyway they went
to it several times within @ 15 min. I checked it
and its a hole under construction (early phase).
Its @ 8 Ft off the ground and overhanging the
road. Please don't use it! or dead ACW's for sure.
