NOBA 9 in. 30 Aug After sleepless night pull string at 0445 - hole empty! 8 Sept Roosting: into that hole again - is there a 2nd exit in the knot above the entrance? *Group Update* Founded 870822 by NOBAs. I'm guessing there is 1 NOBA 9, 2 NOBA 8s. 5274, 5275, 5276. ♂ 1317 and 9 5259 abandoned Pipe 870604 were seen at Horsetail and Pump. 27 Sept 1010-1020 Watched holes. A bird went near the top hole; later bird near next hole down. At 101800 a bird went into the nest hole. At 101820 a bird came out (same? or maybe an incub switch?) Bird going in had no food in mouth. 23 Sept 1400 Climbed. Hole empty but in good shape 7 Oct 0930 On arrival 3 birds flew up: 2 ♂♂, 1 ♀ One of the ♂ displaced the other (a NOBA), then all 3 left.
