26 Aug 1530 NOBA 9 sitting w 3 on Dark side of OKCO knoll. (I've seen CV2 birds here before) So I decided to check the nest (expecting empty or dead), but no-- Live kids! Will weigh tomorrow. What's doin'!
27 Aug 1410 31.5g, TC = 13.1, TN = 9. I then set an ambush for the NOBA 9 and waited from 1430 - 1630, but no one came. I removed ambush.
29 Aug 1010 33.5 14.1 9.7 Tried ambush again. In 2 hrs no one fed, though a 3 came near once. I gave the baby about 6 pieces of dog food and 2 grasshoppers (some after weighing, some on removing ambush) Oh yes there was still a wee bit of drumming

As I put him back in he waked at me repeatedly.
* Group Update: I finally removed 9 570 From the Field list (last seen 870203), 1st not seen 870324. 88 1372, 1373, 1375 still of unk breeding status, though they all fed on day 2 of the nest. I'm assuming 9 5199 has been there all summer (ie that the power struggle that took place during the nesting cycle and brought in 99's did not cause 5199 (or result from her leaving) to leave.
