1987 M. Stanback M. Formicivorus. Mill H.H.R. 22 Aug 0945 9 1261 and NOBA 8 near CV2. Visited new hole. 26 Aug 1055-1125 Saw 9 1261 and at least 1 NOBA 8. Both stayed mostly in the spindly tree, but also visited the large tree by box 240. Both birds repeatedly visited a hole under construction in a small limb in the main tree. * Group Update: This 9 1261 moved her around 87 in response to a ps. at Bm 3 where she was a helper. Her older sister moved in with an even older sister (945) at CV1. The 2 NOBA 88 here are 5270 and 5271 13 Sept 1130 As I walked by, a 8 was sticking his head out of a hole (near the one they were working on) in a tiny limb. 30 Sept 0800 Saw 9 1261 (- maybe another banded bird mf- 18 Dec 1100 Saw 9 1261 (all bands) and a 8 (NOBA?). He was eating buds - things pretty tight here - 300 acorns.
