Mostly silk screen but some printed labels attached ? N side of hall basically taxonomic first pack on bird families attractive but well designed later 2/3 people of cases filled no specimen. S side some basic principles some of this is well done. Genetic variation - too windy & difficult to follow - Moles & seal specimens used from evolution of flight - insect, mammal & reptile parallels also done. Migration Annual changes in plumage Lots of Birdmen working on it. Br. Bird Hall - Dark blue ceiling with bird small flying bird silhouettes lining below is quite nice. Cases in taxonomic basically not a few decorations for effect. Arrangement by environments such as Cliffs & Sea Coast, Marsh & Fen, Decid Woodland, Conif Woodland, Inldm, Farm fields, Mountains, Mons etc. A good idea for D.C. Bride Ploughs for listening to Bird calls but rather low fi.
