(27 July) between KOUT, FAAR, and A1. I really
have a hunch this was a FAAR baby,
but its bands were, I think 0-4B/BK-W(R)

I also saw 6 birds leave a tree in this
area (and I think they moved eventually to
FAAR. Sorry this is confusing, but....
