1021 starling into that nest
1026 lots of activity all am in the trees
up From box 233 - starlings were chased
from this tree. I suspect a nest
1130 yelled at the tree - flushed two birds
couldn't tell which hole though - and they
might have just been inside to get out of
the rain. Found a dead pigeon.
8 April 0745-0805 spied on my suspect hole -
bird roosted here last night - its a hole
in the basal portion of a snag. From
the fence W → E. No birds here

1041 J & M late (em right) flew to hole,
looked inside. I can't tell whether this was
the breeder or the helper. I decided to cut
open the hole. Nothing inside (1130)
