1986 M. Stanback M. Formicivorus Plague HNHR 20 May 0810-1110 Nest watch (nest contained 3 large and one small offspring 1200 Added the yellow baby from the lab to the nest. Runt 64.7 LB 83.5 W 80.0 YP 81.7 Y 85.0 21 May 0810-1230 (omit some dead time during watch). Nest watch (nest contained 4 big babies + runt) When I climbed the nest, I caught # 984 She weighed 80.0 g, wing 140, tail 75 1215. Get Baby weights! Runt 63.4 LB 82.6 YP 80.0 W 81.5 Y 79.1 22 May 0807-1215 (3 hour watch) Were feeding lots of ladybugs. The 7 (1984) that Walt injected yesterday never showed up at the nest. However, one helper (1068) fed alot today, though she's only been seen twice before. I deemed the runt no longer a runt, so now he's pinch-hitting at MacFlat. I pulled the remaining 2 MacFlat kids (the other 2 are pinch hitting at 1500) Right wing 33.9 time 1145 -> Left wing 25.7 (time 1215) I fed RW until he was 35.1 g, pulled the largest 'PLQE' nestling, and put RW in with the other 3. LB 83.7 YP 81.1 W 85.8 -> in lab now (left eye was squinting) Y 84.8
