6 April 1645: a 8 w M Brown (1153) sat tight upon
my arrival. A 9 flushed suspiciously from
the last yr's nest end of the tree.
1720 A bird went into last yrs nest hole
1739 9 to nest, bird inside stuck head out, then
pulled head in
1741 3' 1003 into nest, a 9? left
A starling is nesting near ACW. Kestrels also
seem to be nesting in the granary. The
starlings here can imitate a waka. At least
4 ACW live here. The sun was bad for
censusing, and I was nest searching anyway.
