26 June 1300 Checked nest. No babies were out
near the opening - they were all
way in the back of the hole where I
couldnt reach. I took out two. One
weighed 70.3 g, had eyes open,
back feathers out, but 10 sheaths un
cracked. Another baby was basically,
- similar, but its 1/2 had begun to
grow (i.e. ). I reached a stick
back into the nest to get to more
babies. I touched at least one more. ?
