1985 Mark Stanback M. formicarius √ PIPE Warp 5 (see 19 June) Hastings Reservation 18 June 1615 could snag for @ 25 minutes but he never returned. I did see banded babies of another group (FNCH?) not far off (ie across creek from R1) 19 June These birds are Warp 5 birds. See Warp 5 notes - 19 June. 23 June 1420-1440 Saw a unbanded ♀ and a baby at the Pipeline granary. I assume that they are Warp 5 birds. These birds have been hanging out along the road alot lately. I watched at a snag up the road about 100 yds from PIPE tree where I have seen a bird several times and where there is a good looking hole - but no action. 25 June 0615 Saw no birds here, but heard some about. 6 July 1500 997 alone at PIPE 8 July 0700-0730 8636, 95127, baby 997 in PIPE granary. An unbanded baby was in tree at same time as 997. Was this the bird also chased by 997 & 636? 0730 put 30 acorns in granary, after which scratty/NOBA came
