I'll check 1982 + 1983 notes, but this sounds like 9696's eggs 0730, both 99 have had at least one shot at removing the egg (normal) so I think I'll split. 20 May Checked nest with Beth, 1700. 3 eggs ① 24.5 x 19.5 very asymmetric air cell (9696?) ② 25.1 x 19.4 very asymmetric air cell with pinhole (9696?) ③ 24.2 x 19.9 slightly asymmetric air cell marbled (9695?) 22 May Checked nest here 0530. 4 eggs, ④ 24.5 x 20.1 slightly asymmetric air cell marbled (9695?) checked nest 0900 5 eggs ⑤ 24.7 x 20.0 no air cell, heavily marbled. (9696?) 23 May checked hole, 1630 6eggs ⑥ 27.0 x 18.9 slightly off-center air cell (9695?) Expect hatching 2 June 25 May Checked nest, 5 eggs; Egg ② had broken, presumably from pinhole. 2 June Nest Empty, Failed at egg stage.
