Runne Melane-pes fornicivorus Pipeline 2 May Nobody in the holes here at 1400 10 May After finding a bird looking out of the low granite hole here, I came back at 1730, flushed two birds out, then found a disappointingly small clutch of four eggs ~4 days incubated. Did both ♀703 & 704 lay here, or did only one? Has one of the two disappeared, leaving just one? We need a good watch here (See Denise's notes; She reports both ♀♀ present Pipeline ABANDONED fall 83
