17July Here at 0700, I find a juvenile (not fledged, I'm
certain) looking out of the nest hole. So the
anemic young (at least 1, anyway) are still hanging tough.
17Aug Counted stores, 1700:
110 TOTAL.
Getting low. A quick look at some birds uphill
from the gray produces 9568, 9680, and J761
Yellow-DBlue/or
and J762 DBlue-yellow/m, plus a juv NB (?)
that was, fortunately, being chased. 1800, more birds.
Both of the superants from the second nest are
still alive. J826

8at Good watch here, 0930-1050. ♂100, 9505, 9568
♂679, 9680, J761 (molting to ♀, I'm fairly sure),
J762 (a sure ♂) and J826+J827, (both
still too young for setting full juvenile plumage. Only
bird missing is J760, who hasn't been seen since badly
and is surely gone
