23 May Minor disaster here. A car from the Ervine field
ornithology class found two Road-killed woodpeckers
from here: They prove to be 8537 wht/or
Yellow-wht/Yellow-131K
and 8655 M / Yellow-131K. Neither bird
was particularly fresh, so they were probably nailed
yesterday. (22 May)
2 June 1500, despite the loss of the two helpers, @ I
band 4 healthy nestlings here, now Juvs. 792-795
