utility pole 200 (agurss)
2° tree 350
main granary 1650
2200 TOTAL.
These birds have lost more stores, including a
deal horizontal "copulation" limb in the 2° granary
About 100 acorns, 150 holes or so. Probably fell in
early Jan.
11 Feb Collected about 70 acorns from a down limb
under the 2° g. The limb came down in early-mid
January some time
4 April Counted stores, 1200:
utility pole ~50
2° tree 400
1° granary 1010
1460 TOTAL
Watched here a bit, 1700 - 1800. Ever saw a slight
♀dom!
dominance interaction: ♀494 + ♀496 pecked together in the
2° granary, ♀494 gave ♀496 a couple of gentle pats to the
side of the head. Un oh: 1615, looks like definite
mate guarding. It seems that both ♂S21 + ♂473
are following ♀494, and neither ♂ seems to give a shit
