Coal with jet, wood lin, wood, clay Fe cones, with leaves of Metaseq., Chard, moths. At 670 1t, gray shale split 10 cm thick marks old soil profile. Clay Fe cones, in clay. Major forest floor at 745 cm, top at 815; Section repeated by FAULTING. Chippy dark gray carbonaceous mudstone w/ fresh water lens, lenses containing Metaseq., Plat nobilis, Chaetoptelia (8426d). Becomes red, to dark gray carb. shale cont, clay Fe cones. Above 130cm. lignite intervals, in shale up to 10cm. thick. lignite 53. channel carbonaceous at base, red br. gray, fgr, lt, gray weathering
