Time for a nest check and a short watch at Rd 3. 3 June Early watch at Blomone, nest check + brief watch at Rd 3, poor nest watch at Gazebo, then nest check + preliminary banding at Low Hay. Nice Barbecue under the Plaque tree in the evening. 4 June Not! I draw the leading + trailing ends of an all-day nest watch at 1500. In between I foolishly check the nest at Plaque, wisely check the nest at Rd 3, and check out the swimming hole. 5 June Usual nowhere watch at Blomone early, then a nowhere nest watch at Gazebo. That was followed by a nest check at Rd 3, a quick visit to Warp 5, and a long period of renovating the Swimming hole. Movie in the Village 6 June Relaxed early, watched a bit at S Hill west, then at Road 1. Also "Firebroke" the Rd 1 granary. A short visit to the swimming hole, then banded the babies at ARF 2 (Solo: my first). Roosting at gate, pot-luck dinner with Walter's PRBO class 7 June A quick look at a weird mini revolution near Blom-one, then up to the Arnold with Byron for a nest watch at Black Oak and a group watch at SOBO. Assisted the Oriole gang with ladders in Corral Viejo Canyon late. 8 June Watched at Blom 1, looked around Blom 3, and watched at Plague.
