this egg, afternoon
(16 mm)
(______). Also measured eggs
① 26.0 x 20.3 did not hatch (or develop)

④ 26.7 x 20.1 hatched

30 April A strikeout at roosting. A bird came very late (1925)
and I couldn't see anything.
1 May Nest check 1230. The die was still in. Not
thrown out within 48 hours.
Roosting, a ♀ looking out as I arrive at 1900.
→ She leaves at 1920, But nobody else comes to hole(!)
Strange. Could have been a second bird in, I suppose.
8 May Nestcheck 1340. 3 babies, 2 eggs (neither of which
appeared to have developed. Did not bad babies, will
have to do that in a couple of days. Eggs #1 + #5
did not hatch. Young seemed fine + healthy, All 3
should Fledge (I hope).
12 May Roosting, and confusion. I said hello when I arrived, nobody
looked out, about 1920 either ♀260 flies to the hole, enters,
Then a sure ♀ leaves, while ♂86 comes to the hole, then
flies off with the ♀ to roost in the 80.2 next hole.
Later, I get a shock by seeing a bird looking out, I don't
think I missed anyone going in, so I'd say ♂402 roosted
