23 April Nest checks at Plaque, School Hill. Egg introduction
at Road 3. Good watch at Gate, and a quick dip
in the swimming hole on this hot day. Day
started with a revolution watch at Blomone. A very
boring watch at Plaque in the evening (roosting, too)
24 April A dull time trying to photograph "egg-tossing" at
Hay Blom, good revolution action at Blom one,
lunch, nest check at Plaque, walk up School Hill
+ Still West. Movie, "Dressed to kill," at the library,
Fattor arrives for Biosystematists meeting.
25 April Watch at Low Hay early, quick check on revolution action
at Blomone, nest checks at Rd 3, a look at Gate,
talk with the Biosystematists, nest check at Plaque,
discovery of nest at 1500, some plaster egg construction, and
roosting at Road 1.
26 April First day of daylight time, but this year I will record
all data in PST. Cold, cold watch at Hay Blom, unsuccessful
attempt to photograph egg-tossing. Watch at 1500, Roosting
at Road 1. Evening watch at 1800
27 April Morning watch at 1500, 1800. Nest check Gate, Rd 3.
Trip up to the Arnold in the afternoon. School Hill
for Roosting
28 April Early watch at Low Hay, nest check at 1500. Walk by
Gazebo, Blomone, Hay Blom nestcheck, watch at 1800,
Road 1 for roosting,
29 April Lower Haystack Early again, Nest checks at School Hill
and Plaque, some Photography, Swimming hole action
