Sunday, July 10 - '92 "Fresh Pond" Stratford Spirogyra In side pool from which I formerly took but streams of Monostroma Latissimum. Cells generally about 27 or 28 µ in diameter length generally 3-6 diameters Stirals 2 or 3 rarely 1. Turns about 3 in cell of full length. Disperiments not replicate Univalid Zygozporos 56-87 µ long by 31-37 µ wide. Female cell swollen just enough to contain zygospores With Oscillaria which appears to be O. princeps ? Whether this is over the same as # 696 Water in this pond (which is now cut off from the main body by a sand bar) may be a little less salt ? whether this is the reason of its fructifying Thursday July 14 - '92 with Mr. Johnson at Crock Point 633.
