Mayhew 1964 Journal 4. June 4 Glamis area, Imperial Co., Calif. We collected additional Uma notata from 1140 to 1245, then again from 1415 to 1530. Then we looked for P. m'calli again from 1620 to 1730. One additional horned lizard was found during this period. No DOR P. m'calli were seen today. At 1730 we headed for the Ocotillo Well (San Diego Co.) area, which we reached at 1900. June 5 Ocotillo Well area, San Diego Co., Calif. We looked for P. m'calli (from 2 miles south of Ocotillo Well to the Anza-Borrego State Park boundary) from 0655 to 1000. We found 6 live oves (no DOR) during this interval. Then we headed home by way of Warner's Hot Springs. We checked the cliff swallow colony 3.3 miles south of Warner's, but we didn't bring any young birds back because they had just hatched. We reached UCR at 1420 after a trip of 482 miles. We captured 63 animals of 7 species on the trip, as follows: Uma notata - 26 Urosaurus gracilis - 9 Colonyx variegatus - 9 Phrynosoma m'calli - 16 Sauromalus obesus - 1 arizona elegans - 1 Chionactis occipitalis - 1
