Today I received a copy of the
flow record of the washes south
of Glanis that Lloyd Tevis
prepared as we were returning to
Glanis the afternoon of Oct. 18.
The records were made by referring
to the bridge numbers where the
Southern Pacific tracks crossed
the washes. These numbers, incidentally,
refer to the distance to S.P. head-
quarters in San Francisco (Glanis
is 698.20).
The 5 washes nearest to Glanis
had no flow. The records beyond, as
far as we went, are:
Bridge

Next 3 washes to the south had
water, but we could not see the
bridge numbers in the rain. We made
no survey beyond that point.
