1130. No stores here! Is there still a group around?
1140. Upon closer inspection, there may be a very few stored acorns
remaining. In any case, a bird is here flycatching in the
granary.
29 April
1200. This time I found a few stored acorns, but only a few.
25 May
1615. Checked the hole: 3 eggs, look opaque.
19 June
1500. Banded the 3 babies, who are all rather runty.
I could not find any remaining stores.
1994
1 February
900. Granary is not packed by any means, but has a fair
number of stores. Tree is probably 50% full.
14 April
1120. Still stores. Noone in any holes, however.
19 April
1105. Noone in holes.
9 July
1600. Quite a few stores left here.
1995
24 May
1200. Still no sign of a nest here. Some stores still
here, though.
1996
5 January
1500. There are a few acorns stored here, but not a lot -
200 - 300 at most, I'd say.
