HOLTER
(22 Aug) another nest here! The first of the fall! It's
in the same hole as the others down in the enclosure.
It has 1 baby ~1 week old and 1 unhatched egg.
23 August Ambushed (500) at the new upper hole - 4 birds,
including 1 additional kid from the 1st nest who
was molting to a ♀. This makes 4 from that
(missed) nest thus far; they may be 1 more to go.
4 October 700. ⚠️ Ambushed the old Blue Oak hole down next to
the path, but only got 3 birds, all banded. Where did
everyone else go?

15 April Ken reported a power struggle here this morning! I
went up to check at 1600, at which point there was
still some activity, but not too much.
