Counted stores: 2610. Also, Jen & Wendy claim that this group has taken over the Gate granary, which has 575 acorns. Tree is still very difficult to count. 10 May 1300. Bird in new hole high in Sycamore (previously opened by Stanback): 8 eggs, all normal and pretty fresh. I numbered them but didn't measure them. Plenty of stores here still. 30 May 1400. 6 healthy babies here, even though there's apparently no breeder & (Who was DOR about the time the eggs were laid)! ① LG (53.3) ② Yd (56.3) ③ LB (55.0) ④ Or (51.2) ⑤ DB (53.3) ⑥ NOBA (48.2). The heavy wear on the feathers of both birds is consistent with them being 2Y birds, but whether they are the (presumed) helpers we missed from the (apparent) second nest last year or new,
